Where is my order?

Custom & Tax Charges
Please note that customers are responsible for all custom and tax charge for their order.
All our orders are subject to customs charges depending on the country you are shipping to. We recommend you please check you countries policies before ordering. We are not able to refund any custom charges.
If something missing from order
While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, its very rarely they may leave an item unintentionally out from the order. If this happens , please just reach out to us at contact@333deals.com and we will definite sort this out for you. If this happen we will require a photo of what you received for verification.
Amendments and cancellation of order
After placing your order if you need to change or amendment or need to cancellation of order, you will need to contact us within 24hrs.
We can change:

- your name
- your email
- your phone number
Cancellation:
- you must contact us within 24hrs
- we can’t cancel your order once it has already been shipped.
