Free shipping comes into effect when you spend $250.00 or more with us.
Can we Track Free Shipping Orders?
Our free shipping is identical to the normal shipping. It is shipped with our courier company and a tracking is issued as soon as the parcel is shipped.
How long will it take to receive the parcel?
Normal shipping time is 48 hours to main hubs. If your order is placed before 1PM, we will ship the next day, provided it is not a weekend or public holiday. If this is the case, then it will be shipped the next working day.
How is the parcel shipped?
We only use courier company’s to ship our products, as the SA post office is too unreliable.
Will I receive a Tracking number for my order?
You will receive the tracking number as soon as the parcel has been shipped.

How do I return a product?
If you wish to return an item, please “contact us” and we can assist with the return.
Do I pay for return shipping cost?
Yes, unfortunately you will be liable for the shipping cost if need to return an item.
Does the item need to be in original condition to be return?
Yes, the product will need to be as sold and with all the labels still on. Please make sure that the product is in original condition before returning.
What Type of Payments you accept?
We accept Credit Cards(Visa & Mastercard), PayPal, EFT, Payoneer, Transferwise, Direct Bank Deposit.
How long will it take to ship my order if I pay EFT?
If you pay EFT, the order will only be shipped once the funds have cleared in our account. No acceptions. This can take up to 48 hours.
Is it safe my credit card and debit card online?
It is 100% safe. We use Stripe for our credit card payments. Stripe is committed to keeping you and your information secure. They have a multitude of checks in place to protect both buyers and sellers from fraudulent transactions.
Do you sell wholesale?
